Procedure for validation

ADRIA conducts its studies by following a technical protocol according to the EN ISO 16 140 and the AFNOR technical rules and conducting them through validation standards, reference methods and specific products categories.
ADRIA’s experts base their studies on the comparison of a reference method protocol with an alternative method protocol. The steps are the following:
-          Relative accuracy, relative specificity and relative sensitivity
-          Inclusivity / Exclusivity
-          Practicability
The studies end with an interlaboratory study that includes collaborator laboratories, samples, inoculation, labeling and shipping, analyses and strain stability during transport.
